Please visit the areas below for support with the Aspen Family Portal

    1. Open Aspen for New Bedford.
    2. On the Login pop-up, click Trouble logging in.

    1. In the Provide your Login ID field, type your user ID. Click Recover Password

    1. Open the email account associated with your Aspen account, and find the message with the subject "Password Reset Request.

    1. Open the email, and click Reset Password. The Reset Password pop-up appears.
    2. In the Password field, type your new password.
    3. At Confirm Password, retype the password.

    1. Click Reset Password.
    2. Return to the Aspen Portal and log in with your credentials.
    1. Open Aspen for New Bedford.
    2. On the Login pop-up, click Trouble logging in.

    1. The 'Trouble logging in' pop-up appears. Click Retrieve your Login ID

    1. The following pop-up appears. Type your email address. This must be the address associated with your Aspen account. 
    2. Click Recover Login ID

    1. Go to your email account.
    2. Open the message with the subject "Login Retrieve Request" to find your Aspen Login ID.
    3. Return to the Aspen Portal, and log in using your credentials.
